The challenge
Great America Leasing managed leasing contracts, billing schedules, and customer records across several disconnected systems. Finance staff re-keyed data between platforms, which slowed contract activation and introduced reconciliation errors at month-end.

Ensigncode designed an Odoo ERP integration layer that connected the leasing platform to Odoo through secure REST APIs. We modeled contracts, billing schedules, and customer accounts in Odoo, then built synchronization services that kept records consistent in real time.
