The challenge
Copylite processed a growing volume of orders that arrived through multiple channels. Each order was entered manually into the ERP, which created a fulfilment bottleneck and left room for transcription mistakes during busy periods.
Our approach
Ensigncode built an automated order-processing pipeline on Odoo. Incoming orders were captured through API and webhook connectors, validated, and pushed directly into Odoo sales and inventory, triggering downstream fulfilment automatically.

The outcome
