Background
Our client is a leading retail company that offers a wide range of
products online. They were looking to enhance their customer service
experience by providing a chatbot that could handle common customer
inquiries and provide instant support. The client's e-commerce platform was
built on Odoo, which is a comprehensive open-source business application
suite that includes CRM, sales, accounting, inventory, and project
management modules.
Challenges
The primary challenge was to integrate Chat GPT, an AI-powered chatbot, into the client's Odoo-based e-commerce platform. We had to ensure that the chatbot seamlessly integrated with the existing platform and provided customers with a smooth user experience. Additionally, we had to ensure that the chatbot was customizable, scalable, and could handle multiple languages.
