The challenge

The St. Engineering project demanded overcoming multifaceted technical challenges inherent in modernizing legacy manufacturing operations. The client’s ecosystem was burdened by disjointed workflows and fragmented data silos spanning multiple heterogeneous systems, resulting in redundant data entry, inconsistent service records, and constrained process traceability. A high degree of manual intervention across utility service requests—ranging from connection and disconnection to consumption tracking and complaint resolution—significantly increased operational latency and error rates. Additionally, the absence of a unified data pipeline and real-time reporting tools severely limited decision support capabilities, impeding SLA compliance and proactive exception management.
